Dawn Lamb


Hi I'm Dawn!! I have a true passion for being around people with a sole mission to help you feel good.

I have been coaching for over 30 years and never wanted to do anything else. During that time I have helped clients gain self confidence, strength, stamina and all round fitness. Giving them the knowledge and drive they need to aspire their goals.

I am passionate about the place I have created here at Elyte Fitness and I hope that everyone who walks in, never feels intimidated, as I have always wanted to create a place where you have a healthy mindset as well as a healthy body.

I have a Health and fitness degree and I am also a qualified Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor. Over the years of coaching, my goal has always been to help you reach yours, to empower you to improve your health, strength and fitness.  My approach is always with safe, effective training to ensure you meet your objective.

I will strive to help you with a complete wellbeing approach for home, social and gym life. I will keep you motivated and always make your workouts challenging but fun, giving you the confidence that you can reach your objectives.

My love outside of work is my family. Wonderful husband, four beautiful children and two crazy dogs.

Max Southworth

Personal Trainer & CrossFit Coach

I've been a CrossFit coach for 6 years and in that time, I've developed a passion for all the varied forms of fitness that exist. I particularly enjoy strength training (Olympic Weightlifting in particular) and Gymnastics (I'm now at home upside down!)  and put this to good use competing regularly around the country.


My passion however lies in coaching athletes to their potential, whether that be new PBs, better technique or even prepping for a first competition. I do 1-1 PT sessions but also provide online programming to give individual and tailored content to my athletes.


I've been lucky enough to live in China, France, and Malaysia, travelling all over the world and I'm a big believer that fitness isn't the sole route to happiness. My other passions include board games, PlayStation, science fiction books and I even do a weekly Dungeons and Dragons session. You can still be a geek and lift!


James Honey

Personal Trainer & Gym Instructor

Hi everyone, I’m James and I’ve been involved in the fitness industry for over 8 years. Having qualified as a Group Training and Boxacise Instructor in 2017 and a Level 3 Personal Trainer in 2019, I have strived to always provide exceptional and memorable sessions with a firm belief that the hour or so that you spend with me is the best one of your day. I’ve racked up more CPD hours than most and am always experimenting with new and exciting ideas for both my clients and group training crews.


I’m heavily involved in the music industry, working with some amazingly talented producers, DJs and MCs which no doubt influence my instruction style and the playlists you will hear in my sessions.

Meghan Pollard

Gym Instructor & Personal Trainer

Hello! I am Meghan, I am a qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor and personal trainer!

I am new to the fitness industry, however, I have had a passion for Health and Fitness for a number of years. Throughout my time at Cromwell Community College Sixth Form, I studied Public Services and Sport Studies, which lead me to be where I am today starting this career.

I look to further grow my knowledge in this industry by having experience with clients in bootcamps and 1 - 1 Personal Training sessions. I would also love to do another health and fitness related diploma in the near future so I can offer an even greater service to my clients.

My passions include walking/hiking trips, visiting new places and health & fitness.

Personal Trainer & Gym Instructor

I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer and a qualified Sports Therapist.

I am passionate about empowering, educating and supporting others through their health and fitness journey. I have a true passion for helping clients reconnect with their bodies and minds using intuitive eating and training to ensure their journey truly supports their goals and lifestyles.

I specialise in working with pre-postnatal clients, helping them fall back in love with their bodies and giving them the strength they need. I also specialise in helping clients get out of pain and move their bodies pain-free with better functional movement and body awareness.


Sam Loveday

Hey everyone! I’m Sam!


I am a qualified fitness instructor and I’m currently working towards my Level 3 Personal Training qualification.


I have been working with Dawn at Elyte Fitness for around 4 years now, starting off as work experience and have learned a lot along the way and will continue to do so.


I’m looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible, whether that be in the gym, or boot camps, and helping you reach your goals!
