Whether you are an experienced weightlifter looking to refine your technique or you are new to the movements and would like some guidance, our Lifting Fundamentals sessions will help you improve your squat, deadlift and press.

Under the guidance of an experienced coach each session will comprise of a movement specific warm-up, at least 2 of the main compound lifts, accessory work to complement this and a cool down.

Weightlifting is a fantastic way to improve your overall strength and well-being with lots of evidence to show it can aid fat loss, increase bone density and reduce effects of certain chronic conditions.
