Formed as a fitness community hub outside of Ely, CrossFit 115 is part of a larger gym collective including Elyte and Elyte Bootcamp.
We provide quality coaching in our classes with programming aimed at improving our members weightlifting, gymnastics and conditioning in equal measure. Our coaches are there to create a support system to enable our athletes to be the best version of themselves.
At CrossFit 115 we believe that no matter your starting point we can fundamentally improve your fitness through great coaching,
in-depth instruction and by providing a community environment you will want to be an active member of.
Our members understand that movement quality is as important as movement intensity and to improve your fitness a healthy balance of both is best.
CrossFit has its roots in being designed for the military and those training “for the unknowable.”
At CrossFit 115 we wanted to honour the fact that our location is based on the site of RAF Witchford, the operational base of 115 Squadron during WW2. Over 200 missions were flown during this by the squadron in this period

In CrossFit, we train these types of movements because they are the movements life demands — whether we practice them or not.

In CrossFit, we focus first on moving well with consistency, and then we work on increasing intensity. And you’ll see new workouts programmed nearly every day: workouts with different movements, rep schemes, loads, and time domains.
